06/08/2025 — the day our lives changed forever, and we became a family of three ♥️

I’ll be honest… I never grew up thinking “I have to be a dad” or that fatherhood was my purpose in life. In fact, before meeting @naehali, I didn’t even want to bring a child into this world—for many reasons.

But she showed me the true meaning of love and family. And now, with Baby Lila here, I can honestly say I feel complete. The love and instinct to protect them both is overwhelming and another purpose to life has been well and truly ignited!

Most days, I look at them and feel tears well up—just pure gratitude and happiness—knowing how unbelievably lucky I am. This new chapter is just getting started and I cannot wait.

25.2: A tale of two attempts. 😅 Saturday's mental game with double unders was rough. But today? 148 reps and a huge win for me! I set a New Year's goal to conquer double unders, and I'm so proud to have done it.

A camp of mixed emotions with the highs and lows of football... experiencing the joy and heartbreak alongside this incredible team. While last night's result wasn't what we hoped for, the whole team can be nothing but proud of the effort and dedication shown! 🙌🏻

I absolutely love my job as a soft tissue therapist. It's incredibly rewarding, and I feel privileged to work with such dedicated athletes. The last few months helping the Women's Scotland national team recover and prepare for their European qualifiers have been an amazing experience. Working as part of this team towards a common goal is inspiring, and it provides a welcome change from the solitary nature of working in a clinic.

Seeing the players give their all, night after night, fills me with pride. The passion and commitment from this group of players and staff is truly special, and I'm so grateful to be a part of this journey. 💙

I’m living the dream with SWNT, and I’m still trying to figure out how I ended up here 🤔. It’s baffling to think only 18 months ago I was still working as an engineer. I’ve worked so hard to get here: I’ve volunteered, sacrificed, put myself out there, said yes to every opportunity, and networked. REFLECTION on an incredible weekend at HYROX London Olympia—what a humbling and exhilarating experience going solo this time! 🌟 12 months ago I would not have even come close to finishing a solo hyrox. But the past year has been a whirlwind of transformation, from a career shift to dramatically increasing my fitness journey with CrossFit, HYROX, and running. In 2024 alone, I’ve conquered the London Landmarks Half Marathon, HYROX Manchester in mixed doubles, and now HYROX London solo. HYROX SINGLES COMPLETED ✅

Yesterday’s Hyrox Solo was incredibly humbling, pushing me way beyond my limits. Although this was never about the time, but to compete a challenge. I had aimed for under 90minutes, but eventually finished in 1 hour 41 minutes. The burpees drained me, and the lunges brought me to the edge, but I would not quit and I would not walk at any point!!

I wanted to challenge myself this year and now I have completed hyrox twice and a half marathon! I have another half marathon booked for October….and maybe, just maybe i’ll be back to get sub 90 at hyrox 👀👀 #FitnessJourney #KeepPushing #hyrox #hyroxworld #hyroxuk #nevergiveup

REFLECTION…..I trained hard for Hyrox and pushed my body to do things it had never done before. I felt prepared, my mind was set on the start line….yet a couple of laps in and I lost my mind due to the time penalty and my legs were zapped from the sled & I was totally parched throughout the entire race. Man it was hot in there!! Something I hadn’t prepared for!

I learned so much about myself during this race and although it was tough I love every minute of it! I have lots of lessons to take away and improve on for next time 💪🏼 But the biggest takeaway will be to taper properly the week of the race and to keep my mind in check and stick to the game plan 🙌🏻

Now it’s time to get my head back in the game prepare for May 5th for Singles Hyrox 🙌🏻
